Deinonychus 0006 - Peabody Museum, New Haven, Conn.

Professor John Ostrom of Yale University discovered Deinonychus, a pack-hunting dinosaur that terrorized victims during the Cretaceous with sicklelike claws on its feet. Deinonychus means "terrible claw."
